The action taken may depend on the nature, seriousness, frequency, and potential impact of the suspected or confirmed violation. Nothing in this section requires RentSearchPoint to apply progressively more serious measures before suspending or terminating access where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect users, the Platform, third parties, or RentSearchPoint.
  • 23. Users must provide truthful information when submitting reports and must not knowingly abuse the reporting process.
  • 26. No Guarantee of User Conduct RentSearchPoint does not guarantee that every user, property, listing, application, document, or transaction is genuine, accurate, lawful, safe, or suitable. Verification, moderation, fraud-detection measures, and enforcement activities are intended to reduce risk but cannot eliminate all risks associated with online rental transactions. Landlords, tenants, applicants, and other users remain responsible for exercising reasonable judgment, conducting appropriate due diligence, reviewing relevant documentation, and complying with applicable laws before entering into a rental transaction.
  • 27. Reservation of Rights RentSearchPoint reserves the right to take reasonable measures necessary to protect the security, integrity, users, reputation, and lawful operation of the Platform. The failure of RentSearchPoint to enforce any provision of these Terms in a particular circumstance does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
